About WEBTEC Industries
Converting machinery since 1973.
Founded in Taiwan in 1973, WEBTEC started building slitting equipment in 1975. Today we supply log roll cutters, slitters, rewinders and doctor rewinders for films, papers and tapes, as well as bespoke machines for the packaging and converting industry.
Every machine is designed, manufactured and assembled in our own factory in New Taipei City.

Scroll to take the machine apart. Every module is designed, built and assembled in our own factory in Taiwan.
1Unwind base
Connected or separated, shaft or shaftless. Holds the master roll with automatic unwind tension control.
2Web guide (E.P.C.)
Automatic web guide keeps the material running straight into the slitting section.
3Tension control
Dancer and powder-brake or motor-driven tension keep the web stable at speed.
4Slitting section
Interchangeable shear cutter, air score knife or razor blade, depending on model.
5Lay-on roller
Presses the strips evenly onto the cores for smooth, air-free finished rolls.
6Rewind shafts
Air or differential shafts; center, center-surface or 4-shaft turret winding.
7Trim removal
Traverse winding or suction blower units collect edge trim continuously.
8PLC + LCD touch panel
Central PLC control with touch panel operation across the range.
